ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়া মূক ও বধির নিম্ন মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়টি ১৯৪২ সনে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়ে এযাবতকাল পর্যন্ত হাজার হাজার বাক্ ও শ্রবণ প্রতিবন্ধী ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের শিক্ষা দিয়ে আসছে। ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়া জেলার বাক্ ও শ্রবণ প্রতিবন্ধী শিক্ষার্থীদের একমাত্র ঐতিহ্যবাহী এই প্রতিষ্ঠান।
